House Hunting

Here is an update on what we are doing for our living situation.  I just signed a new four month lease today that will put us here until the end of November.  We have been looking for a house and have found a few that we like.  There was one we loved but it was in a development called suncrest and is on top of the mountain by the Draper temple.  Our car did not like this location and now has the check engine light on!  Another one we looked at was behind Ikea in Draper at a great price but had too many things we would have had to spend money on to fix it up. Some more were out in South Jordan, one Tim really like, very open and spacious with big rooms upstairs and down (and the basement was finished) but it had a sliver of a back yard.  Tim thinks I'm a little crazy about my requirements for a back yard and wouldn't mind if we didn't have one at all. Well for those of you who are mom's also you can back me up, when you are in the house all day it is nice (or in my case would be nice) to send the kids to the back yard to play so they aren't constantly under your feet!

OK now that that is out of my system on to the next house.  This next house is Perfect in every way. It is a wonderful floor plan, nice carpet, like the paint colors, unfinished basement, nice front yard, perfect size back yard (but needs to be finished) and is in our price range.  So why are we not buying it you are thinking to your self?  Because it is too far out.  It is in Riverton on the west side of the valley and Tim works on the East side in Sandy.  So needless to say we are still looking and are signing a new four month lease.  Hopefully in four months the location and the house will come together!!! Until then I am reevaluating my apartment am going to take a few things to our storage unit in Grace so I don't feel like I'm going to suffocate!  

Mess Making Audrey

All these pictures are from today, actually this morning, all before 10:00 am.  Audrey is becoming quite the explorer and is getting nice and quiet about it!  I found her in her and Cambria's room and she was having a great time in the barbie house!
I only had to fish out one item out of her mouth, then i took some pictures and then took her out and closed the door.
She got dressed and then headed for the cupboards under my sink and emptied it out.
After i moved her away from my sink area she moved on to her other favorite destroying spot the middle shelf on my bookshelf and started taking everything off.  I quickly stopped her there because i just wasn't in the mood to clean up that mess too this early. I'm sure I will be cleaning it up later today, and tomorrow a few times and the next day....

Here is what else Audrey is up to lately.  She loves to eat any type of paper, especially toilet paper off the roll, she pulls all and any cords that are in her reach, she very much enjoys pulling hair and anyones hair so there is a fore warning to anyone who wants to hold her.  She is starting to stand up with out anything to hold on to and is constantly laughing at things Cambria does.  

Tim went to get her this morning and she was standing up in her crib facing Cambria and talking to her, maybe telling her to wake up!

Well she is awake so I am now on mess duty and will be following her around putting things back!

Sunday Excitment

So yesterday we were almost ready for church and Tim was getting a tie out to put on when he yelled and screamed and rushed out of the closet.  He was reaching for a brown tie and saw something on it, it looked like a fuzzy and as he was reaching to pull it off it moved! For those of you who don't know Tim very well he is deathly afraid of spiders.  I went to investigate and yes it was a huge spider. I hope you can tell in the picture just how big it is.  There was no way either of us was going to get it and we didn't want to leave it and go to church and not be able to find it when we got home.  So I called Ryan (my sister Meagan's fiance) and told him we had an emergency and once meg heard that it was a spider she told him they had to go and come help!! Ryan kept me from becoming a widow at such a young age, thanks Ryan.  Our apartment is coming to spray tomorrow!

4th of July

For the 4th of July we went to the Soda Springs parade and had a great time with my mom and dad, Nick and Laura, and Laura's family.  Cambria had fun picking up thrown candy on the road but was a little slow with Cali and Paige to compete with!

Audrey had a great time with grandma and even slept through most of the fire truck sirens! 
Cambria and Kade used up some of their energy running around before the parade  started.

For the rest of the day we went to Pocky and had a bbq with Tim's family and had a wonderful time hanging out.  That night we went to Nick's house and watched backyard fireworks and Molly trying to eat them.  I'm thinking next year we should video Molly and send her into AFHV!!
