Hogle Zoo 2010

Tim was gone away on a business trip to Atlanta Georgia so I took the girls to the Hogle Zoo with Natalie, Meagan and Ryan. We've been to the zoo a few times but discovered a whole unexplored area that we had never gone before. It is called the discovery land which I have seen before but never went to check out. It was way fun, and the girls had a great time!!
Yea for spare tires. I had to drive it like this to the airport later that evening to pick up Tim.
Also I forgot the night before me and the girls stayed the night with Natalie and then she watched them while Meagan and I participated in the Salt Lake City 5k (we forgot to take pictures, maybe we'll take some after thought ones anyway!) Then later after we had gotten some rest we went to the zoo and then to Wendy's for dinner. It was a fun day and I enjoyed being with family!

Super Funny Stuff!!
So last week me and the girls went to Idaho for the week and Tim stayed in Utah. Last Friday night he was working out at home in his wife beater tank top, shorts, glasses and had his hair slicked back with conditioner. He accidentally dropped some of the weights. He was then getting all the stuff ready that I asked him to bring home like our Christmas tree in a large red bag and Cambria's size 5 clothes. He took down the red tree bag to our car and when going back upstairs our downstairs neighbor asked if everything was alright. We have lived in our apartment for 2 1/2 years and have had the same downstairs neighbors and have not once said one word to them, so Tim thought he was talking to someone in his own apartment and went on upstairs. About 15 minutes later he heard a knock on the door, not sure if he wanted to answer it or not (we never have visitors or anyone come to our door that we don't already know who it will be) he went to the door and opened it. There stood four police officers at our front door. They told Tim they had a call about some suspicious behavior and a strong chemical smell emanating from the apartment. They asked him if everything was alright, and if he lived alone. He said things were fine and he lived with his family, wife and two daughters. They took down his information then asked if they could see inside his trunk. He put on some shoes and took them to our car and opened the trunk. They asked him to open the red bag. He did and showed them our Christmas tree. They said sorry to bother him and went to our neighbors to talk to them. While outside Tim saw three cop cars, to regular and one a canine unit. He called and related me the whole story after they left and I about died laughing just because we were safe at my mom's house. I am thankful that we do have concerned neighbors. I probably should go down and introduce myself and explain where we were and that I had just cleaned all my furniture and Tim is a wonderful husband and father who would never kill us off and stick us in a Christmas tree bag to dispose of us.
Easter in Grace
