My new dresser

Launi was so awesome to offer me a dresser she no longer needed and I was in need of a bedroom dresser so all worked out perfectly!! Of course I had to sand and repaint it! Here is the process!

Here is the finished result!  I was able to find the new handles at Lowes for an awesome clearance price! I love how it turned out!!

First Day of School

So this year both girls got to go to school. Cambria entered first grade with Mrs. Brantly and Audrey is in the 3 and 4 year old preschool class with Mrs Linda and Mrs Mcenzi.
We are at Summit Academy in Draper, Utah again, last year I loved it!!
I absolutely love school uniforms and think every school should have them!!!! I thinks it really puts kids on the same level of learning without having to compete with styles and who has what brand of clothing!
Audrey was soo excited all summer to go to school. She knew a little bit from when we went to Cambria's class a few times! She entered the preschool 3-4 year old class.

Cambria finally became excited for school after I had met her teacher and told Cambria a little bit about her! Then she was soo excited to come!
She didn't really want me taking a picture of her at her desk but obviously I did anyway!!

It is soo fun this year because all three of us get to go to school together since I got a job at the school working as a teacher assistant for the morning kindergarten. We all get ready and go together in the morning and are even in the same building! Then me and Audrey head home around noon and get a few things done and a nap and go back to pick up Cambria around 3:10!!

Summer Fun!!

The girls have been outside almost the entire time of summer!! It is great to have a back yard and a drive way and fun neighbors to play with!!
Audrey got to have Cambria's old scooter, Cambria got a new one and the girls have been scootering all over the sidewalks!!
Cambria learned how to ride her bike and is sooo excited and loves it!! She learned a little from me, Addie's older brother Austin, and a babysitter named Macey. It was great to have so much help!
Cambria's friend Addie also learned right at the same time and the girls love to go ride their bikes together!!

Another fun thing the girls love is to run through the sprinklers. Mostly the neighbors because ours come on at 5:20am!

Here is a picture of Addie, Cambria, and Audrey all wet and all smiles!

Up House- Home show

While I was working for RC Willey this summer they gave employes free tickets to the Utah home show. Natalie was able to go with me and my girls!

The featured home was a home in Day Break that they built to look exactly like the house on the movie UP. It sure did and was so fun to see. Who will buy it for 400,000 that is the question!
They had so many details, like the balloons coming from the chimney, to a custom made garden hose holder!
My girls got their picture taken with the old man actor and the little boy was somewhere in the house at the time. After we went to the house I had to rent the movie so I could see how well they did on keeping things so true to the movie.

It really was such a cute house. The house was selling with all the custom made furniture as well!

Jackson Hole

We have called Audrey Fuzzy since she was a baby! We started when we taught Cambria the poem Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear and it has stuck ever since! There was even a time when you could ask Audrey what her name was and she would tell you Fuzzy! So when we went to Jackson Hole this summer it was a picture must when we saw this bear and his sign in one of the stores!!

I have to laugh and love all of Cambria's fun looks! She always has soo many which my mom would tell me comes from me! This one she didn't want to get back on the bear for a picture with Audrey!

Trying to pull the sword out of the stone!!

I think Audrey still needs to see the movie to understand what the sword in the stone is all about!

Audrey had my camera again so here is a fun picture of Doug!

And Nick
She also likes to have her own picture taken and how can you not with such a cute smile as that!
We really wore my dad out with so much fun! We all stayed in a type of town house with a loft. So we had 8 people sleeping in the loft, 8 people sleeping in the king size bed room, 2 in my parents room, and 3 more down stairs! It ended up being really fun and having everyone close and all the cousins having such a great time! We also got to go white water rafting and had a blast doing that! Mom and Meagan stayed back and watched Audrey, Brandon, Brock, and Hyrum, what good sports!!

That night we also went to the play Seven Brides for Seven Brothers which was amazing and so much fun!!

It was funny to see everyone plugged into their technology!
Here is our attempt to get a pic with the two of us. We really just need to ask someone to take the picture for us!!
