First day of school in Texas

 Even though Beck isn't going to school he sure wanted to be apart of the school fun and pictures! Aug 24

 The girls are a little nervous but mostly excited! This is the first year they haven't worn school uniforms.  While they look sooo cute I still wish we could have uniforms.

 Audrey has her own desk this year and surprise a locker too! Wow!

 I sent Cambria off to a mini Junior High I swear! No really its an intermediate school for 5th and 6th graders.  She also gets a locker and has PE everyday where she has to wear her PE uniform and change in lockers.  (mini JH)

Rain Forest Cafe

 We went and ate at the Rain forest cafe it was a lot of fun and Beck was a little scared of the thunder and lightening. Aug 21

Texas time

 Another fun pool to explore and this time it is ours and right by our house! The girls had a great time! Beck had to stay home he wasn't feeling too great. Aug 10
 

After some Texas shopping it was time to send Cali back to Idaho.  I was doing so good until I took her to her gate and then we were both crying! I was sad to send back my last little piece of Idaho! Aug 12

My had is healing nicely and will hopefully have minimal scaring.  Aug 12  Poor Beck has had diarrhea since we got here and hasn't felt good. Aug 13 One night we were about to take him in to the emergency care but then he threw up and has been feeling better since.  Aug 19

Audrey is loving the pool and being able to go often!  I can already see that her swim skills are going to improve with consistency!  Aug 20

On the Road Again

The kids wanted me to sleep with them before we left on our road trip to Texas.  I stayed there until they fell asleep and then obviously there was no room for me. This is how I found them the next morning! August 6

Well there is not an inch that isn't used in this car, we are all packed in like sardines!

Had to take a picture of this little outburst!  I kept telling the kids that I had surprises for the car ride well Cambria was disappointed in her prizes and actually liked her  younger sibling stuff better. 

The view.  I had Cali come with us on the drive and we would switch off after so many hours, it was great to have another driver and someone to talk to and someone to help entertain the kids!

Time for a break, lunch and stretch our legs!

Of course we had to find hotels with swimming pools.  Yes this hotel had a bigger one but the kids all liked the hot tub better!

They may all look happy but I tell you what there were times when I wasn't sure who wasn't going to make it to Texas.  Beck was the biggest pain, he could reach both girls to bug them and could unplug cords with his feet. August 7

What's a road trip with out pictures!  We found the National Horse museum.  We would have gone in but it was closed. 

Next hotel.  These kids don't stay in hotels very often and so when we do it's such a big ordeal!  Wow look there is a fridge and a tv and wow a bathroom!!

And of course another pool!  I love it when these two are nice to each other!

We made it!! Beck was sooo happy to see his daddy!  And here are all the boxes we were met with.  I just have to add here I hate packing and unpacking!! August 9

Totally had to check our our pool that is right across the road!!  you can see our house in the left hand corner of the top pic.  Much better than having it in our back yard!

Oh sad day when we had to take Cali to the airport.  I was doing so good this whole trip and move until she left and then my last little bit of Idaho was gone and I, well we, cried!
