Lagoon 2010

This is Cambria's face after getting off the white roller coaster. It was her first ride of the day. She was just the right size this year 48" to ride all the big rides! What a brave girl!! She cried and wanted off on the first down hill!

Meagan got teacher discount tickets but couldn't use them, so she gave them to me. Tim couldn't get off work so I asked two young women, Cassee Neilsen and Melissa Perry to come with me and the girls.
Cambria had such a good time and I really enjoyed having the girls there to go on the rides with Cambria so I didn't get so sick like I did last year!

Audrey was such a good girl to sit in her stroller for most of the day. We made it to Lagoona beach and she was able to get out and have tons of fun in the water!

She laughed soo hard on this fun water swing. Cassee would pretend like Audrey hit her and fall over and Audrey would eventually fall off the swing from laughing soo hard! It was a great day!

Cambria got to go on the fun tube slide and loved it!

We were going to stay until 4 or 5 because I didn't know how the girls would do and if the other girls needed to get home to their families but we were having so much fun and everyone was doing great that we stayed until 9:30! Cambria loved the bumper cars especially after she figured out the steering part!

A Great Great day!!!

Cambria's Preschool 2009-2010

Audrey got to come a few times to Preschool and she loved it. The little chairs were just her size and she acted like she was one of the big kids!
Carpet time, where they would learn about the calender and the days of week and the weather and later they would come back and have story time.
We walked to school when the weather was decent, although sometimes we had to walk in the rain.
Cambria finally got some rain boots and wore them everyday it was rainy. (they were on sale at target for 4$! of course we were going to get them!!)
Cambria had a great time at preschool this year. She had a great group of kids to be friends with! I was able to find one close to where we live and a reasonable price. This is a picture of their last day of school and they got to enjoy Popsicles and play in the water!
Her teacher was Stephanie Pierson and the preschool was in her basement. Cambria loved giving her high fives and Miss Pierson acting like it hurt soo bad!
For their Preschool program they did kids in motion and we were able to see how they had developed their coordination throughout the year. Yes Cambria is about a head taller than everyone! some kids are 4 and a few are 5 and will go on to kindergarten next year.
Here is her whole class. Tyler, Noah, Cambria, Blake, Enya, Carson, and Gage.

About Died Laughing!!!!

It doesn't take much to make me smile and laugh, but this was the best!!! I was talking to my mom on the phone and couldn't talk cause I was laughing so hard! Audrey started it and kept doing it as she saw she was getting a great reaction then Cambria joined her! I love it!

Hogle Zoo 2010

Tim was gone away on a business trip to Atlanta Georgia so I took the girls to the Hogle Zoo with Natalie, Meagan and Ryan. We've been to the zoo a few times but discovered a whole unexplored area that we had never gone before. It is called the discovery land which I have seen before but never went to check out. It was way fun, and the girls had a great time!!
Tim was glad we had gone to the zoo without him and then he didn't have to suffer through it. Plus we got to stay way longer than 30 min! We stayed for over 2 hours!!

After the zoo we were all heading out when I realized i had a flat tire. I quickly called Meg over and Ryan was able to put on my bicycle looking spare tire. This picture is of Audrey being such a sweety while waiting in the car the whole time.
Cambria was a really good girl also watching all the stuff we had to empty out of the trunk.

Yea for spare tires. I had to drive it like this to the airport later that evening to pick up Tim.
Also I forgot the night before me and the girls stayed the night with Natalie and then she watched them while Meagan and I participated in the Salt Lake City 5k (we forgot to take pictures, maybe we'll take some after thought ones anyway!) Then later after we had gotten some rest we went to the zoo and then to Wendy's for dinner. It was a fun day and I enjoyed being with family!

Super Funny Stuff!!

So last week me and the girls went to Idaho for the week and Tim stayed in Utah. Last Friday night he was working out at home in his wife beater tank top, shorts, glasses and had his hair slicked back with conditioner. He accidentally dropped some of the weights. He was then getting all the stuff ready that I asked him to bring home like our Christmas tree in a large red bag and Cambria's size 5 clothes. He took down the red tree bag to our car and when going back upstairs our downstairs neighbor asked if everything was alright. We have lived in our apartment for 2 1/2 years and have had the same downstairs neighbors and have not once said one word to them, so Tim thought he was talking to someone in his own apartment and went on upstairs. About 15 minutes later he heard a knock on the door, not sure if he wanted to answer it or not (we never have visitors or anyone come to our door that we don't already know who it will be) he went to the door and opened it. There stood four police officers at our front door. They told Tim they had a call about some suspicious behavior and a strong chemical smell emanating from the apartment. They asked him if everything was alright, and if he lived alone. He said things were fine and he lived with his family, wife and two daughters. They took down his information then asked if they could see inside his trunk. He put on some shoes and took them to our car and opened the trunk. They asked him to open the red bag. He did and showed them our Christmas tree. They said sorry to bother him and went to our neighbors to talk to them. While outside Tim saw three cop cars, to regular and one a canine unit. He called and related me the whole story after they left and I about died laughing just because we were safe at my mom's house. I am thankful that we do have concerned neighbors. I probably should go down and introduce myself and explain where we were and that I had just cleaned all my furniture and Tim is a wonderful husband and father who would never kill us off and stick us in a Christmas tree bag to dispose of us.

Easter in Grace

Easter morning and we are all bright and happy!
Cambria was good and got the eggs that fuzzy wouldn't be able to reach.
Audrey need no help figuring out how to open the eggs and get the candy. Next year the Easter bunny might be putting in healthy snacks. (we thought of it too late this year)

A fun easter this year!!
